There's a considerable amount of information on this form.  Unfortunately, the image at Ancestry is just blurred enough to make much of it unreadable.  It would be worth tracking down the original microfilm.

There's a place on the page to complain about all these pages being unreadable.  Perhaps if enough of us do complain, they may improve the quality of the images [ditto the WWI Draft Registration cards].

What we can tell, that we didn't already know, is that he was a Private in the 3rd Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, that he enlisted on 28 May 1898 at Milwaukee, WI, and was discharged on 7 Jan 1899, at Hudson, WI.
